Hi! And welcome to the Southold Pharmacy and Scott Home Healthcare web site. I'm Don Scott. At this point, the site is still in its beginning stages, but we felt there was enough helpful and informative material to publish it in the preliminary form. We want to thank all of you who participated in our 45th Anniversary celebration and congratulate all the winners. A list of those who won valuable prizes is available by clicking the link below. Once again, thanks, and be sure to check back soon to learn all about our new prescription discount program!

Over the winter of 2009-2010, the IGA Supermarket on Main Street in Southold will be closed for renovations, leaving the local residents without a convenient place to pick up a few quick groceries without driving considerable distances. So, until the supermarket reopens, Southold Pharmacy will be stocking basic grocery items such as, milk, butter, eggs, bread, canned goods, cereals, pasta, paper goods, household cleaners and more. We hope this new addition will make your life over the next few months just a bit easier!

You'll see this graphic at various locations throughout the store. It's your assurance that every health-related order, prescription or not, is double-checked for accuracy, quality and freshness. The "Double-Check Policy"© is an exclusive feature at Southold Pharmacy and Scott Home Healthcare.

We're very excited to announce the adoption of the new corporate logo for Southold Pharmacy. The serpentine "S", of course, stands for "Southold", but it also recalls the serpent from the 'Bowl of Hygeia", a traditional symbol for a pharmacy. The green cross is the international symbol for pharmacies, and the overall color scheme has a personal connection, as it harkens back to the Scott family tartan.
